Development of continuous deformation method in manufacture of the high-strength steel wire with ultrafine-grained structure

摘要

It is developed the continuous deformation method of equal channel angular drawing for formation of ultrafine-grained structure and control of mechanical properties in bulk materials. Principles of continuous technology engineering for high-strength steel wire production are discussed. It is shown the possibility of practical implementation of the method by means of multiple drawing machines.
